Cancellation Policy:-

1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

3.Computer Repair Zone does not accept cancellation requests for pre-order items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer is able to prove that the condition of the product delivered is DEAD ON ARRIVAL

4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
 

Refund Policy.

 

If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.

Please note that some restrictions apply to our refund policy. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been damaged or altered. In addition, shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
