However, it is important to note that all services and repairs are provided on an as-is basis, and we cannot guarantee that all issues will be resolved. Additionally, while we take every precaution to safeguard your data and equipment during repairs, we are not responsible for any data loss or damage that may occur.

COD Terms

  • To avail COD on Orders, a Security Deposit of ₹500 is Applicable.

  • This Deposit is Not Refundable

  • Additional 2.7% Cash Handling Fees Will Be Applicable on Total Order Amount (Charged By Shipping Partner).

  • COD Deposit ₹500 Will Be Deducted From Total Collectable Amount.

Order Processing/Cancellations

  • Orders will be Processed and Ready to Dispatch Within 24-72 Hours.

  • Order Cancellation Fee for Orders is 5% of the Total Order Amount.

  • Order Cancellation Fee for Processed PC Build Orders is 15% of the Total Order Amount.

Warranty/RMA

  • All Products Sold By Computer Repair Zone are Under Selected Company Warranty.

  • We Do Not Provide Warranty of Any Product but We provide Support For Claiming Your Product Warranty.

  • Your Product Warranty Starts From Date of Purchase.
